This Agreement is between You (“Purchaser”, “You”, “Your”) and Bold Designs (“Company”, “We”, “Us”, “Our”) for the purpose of any (digital) product purchase through this website www.Bolddesigns.be, or any related domains or subdomains (the “Sites”).

By purchasing any Product, You agree to be bound by these Terms, without any other conditions or declarations. If at any time You do not agree with these Terms or find them otherwise unacceptable, please discontinue use of Our Product(s) immediately and contact us.

Scope of product purchase agreement

Our “Products” include but are not limited to: clothing, website templates, social media templates, PDF templates, and any other documents for paid purchase on these Sites. All Products are the intellectual property of and are owned by Aaliyah Lord (Bold Designs).

PURCHASE POLICIES & NO REFUNDS for Graphic design services

ALL DIGITAL PRODUCTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE UPON PURCHASE DUE TO THE IMMEDIATE NATURE OF DELIVERY OF THE DIGITAL PRODUCT(S) TO YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS AND IMMEDIATE ACCESS TO THE LANGUAGE AND INFORMATION IN THE DOCUMENT(S).

License to Use Graphic Design Product(s)

As long as you comply with these Terms of Use, Bold Designs grants you a revocable, worldwide, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download, view, edit, copy, and print the Products you purchase solely for Your individual use in relation to Your business customers or similar business use. This does not include reproducing, copying, or any other use of the Product(s) for resale or distribution (“Permitted Use”), provided that you:

Comply with all copyright protections afforded to the Product(s), as otherwise provided by law;
Adhere to all trademark protections afforded to the Product(s) as otherwise provided by common law;
Do not use or otherwise offer the Product(s) on any other website, via a networked computer environment, or otherwise offer it for distribution or sale in any manner that is inconsistent with Permitted Use as provided in these Terms; and
Do not modify the Product(s) in any way other than the edits and additions necessary to complete template forms and other Product(s) in accordance with the Authorized Use provided in these Terms.

If you violate this license by giving or selling a copy of the Product to a third party, we reserve the right to bill you for the licenses you have granted to others and revoke your access to our Product permanently.

Branding and Designs

All Branding and designs are specially made for you (or your company), and you receive a contract from us with the payment terms and conditions when working on a graphic design project with us. Right of Revocation for Consumers that Purchased Clothing

(A consumer is any natural person who enters a legal transaction for purposes predominantly outside their trade, business, or profession).

Right of Withdrawal for Clothing

You have the right to cancel or withdraw/return your order if you purchased clothing on our website and will be refunded if the clothes are still in good condition. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us.

Please avoid damaging and contaminating the clothes. Please send the clothing back to us in their original packaging with all accessories and all packaging components. If necessary, use protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please use suitable packaging to provide adequate protection against damage in transit.

Changes

We may update this Terms and conditions policy occasionally to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons.
